All applicants are required to complete the Registration Form. Each applicant is required to complete a minimum of 4-weeks of rotation. The rotations are offered in monthly batches of 4-weeks duration and begin on the first Monday of each month. After registration, the applicant is directed to the payment page. Upon payment of the registration fee, the applicant will receive the program package via email to prepare for the rotation in advance.
The documentation requirements vary at each practice location. Typically, the following documents will be required:

Yes, our program qualifies as a USCE since we are offering hands-on clinical on-site rotations throughout the United States. Applicants may choose from a wide range of clinical experiences including clinical and research electives, observerships, and externships.
Depending on your medical school year, you will qualify for a particular clinical program. As a third or fourth–year medical student, you are eligible to apply for clinical or research electives as well as observerships. As a medical graduate, you will be eligible to apply for an externship.
The schedule for each on-site rotation will vary according to the preceptor’s schedule. Upon registration fee payment, the applicant will receive the program package via email to prepare for the rotation in advance. This will also include a detailed schedule for the rotation applied and will include activities best suited to the applicant’s needs.
As a physician intern applying for the residency match, you will have time to study and prepare for any upcoming exams. This is made easy as the schedule for the on-site rotation as well as other pertinent program details will be shared with you at the time of registration.
Our program does not offer accommodation and lodging facilities. However, after the applicant’s registration, we will provide a list of accommodations in the area within the program package for an easy commute to the practice location.
You should start applying at least 6 months in advance to secure a rotation position as the application process can be very time-consuming. We recommend you to apply to your desired program at least 2-3 months in advance after you have made your travel arrangements. The total fee for a standard 4-week on-site rotation is $x inclusive of the registration and rotation fee. The registration fee is $200 while the rotation fee is $x. The fee is subject to change in case the rotation is extended. The registration fee payment is required 2 months in advance whereas the rotation fee payment is required at least 1 month in advance of the start date of rotation. All applications will close 1 month prior to the rotation start date. In case the rotation fee is not paid within the stipulated period, your seat will be awarded to the next eligible candidate.
Yes, you can reserve your seat by paying the registration fee 2 months in advance of the start date of your rotation. The program requires the rotation fee to be paid at least 1 month before the start of your rotation date.
Yes, our program offers 2 types of fee discounts.
First, we offer a group discount at x% waiver in rotation fee in case 2 or more applicants register together.
Second, a custom discount is applicable if you apply for a program that extends beyond the typical 4-weeks of rotation.
Yes, if you both participate in an externship, you are eligible for a discount. We offer a group discount at x% waiver in rotation fee in case 2 or more applicants register together.
Yes, it is possible to reschedule the rotation by clicking here.
If you reschedule to a date 4 weeks ahead of your initially confirmed rotation start date, you will have to pay $100 as processing charges.
The registration fee for the on-site rotations program is non-refundable. The rotation fee is refundable at x% if notice for cancellation is provided x weeks in advance.
No, there is no additional or hidden fee other than the mentioned schedule of charges. This does not include any personal physical exam, drug screenings, liability insurance (only required for some programs) that may be required for you by the preceptor at the practice location. The charges for each program will be disclosed before the start of your rotation.
A letter of recommendation is an official document signed by the preceptor confirming that the candidate has completed four (04) weeks of the on-site rotation program and recommending the candidate for the residency. An applicant is eligible for a letter of recommendation only after successful completion of the rotation. The letter of recommendation is waived only. The letter of recommendation will be uploaded on the ERAS portal of the applicant after the applicant has applied for it.
